German Potato Salad

3 lbs boiled red potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 tsp parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Pillsbury flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine flour, sugar oil and vinegar. Then, mix potatoes, parsley and onions together adding liquid mix. Season potato salad with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until serving.
