Easy Stroganoff

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef ¼ cup onions
1 clove garlic pressed 1/3 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp cooking sherry
½ cup sour cream 1 tbsp salt
cooked noodles or rice skillet
 
Directions:
Brown meat, onions and garlic in skillet and drain. Add soup and milk and reduce heat. Stir in Sherry and sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
